On March 8th, we celebrated International Women’s Day. In Linz, the annual demonstration continues to grow, with around 4,500 people marching along Landstraße under the motto: “Smash the patriarchy, fight for democracy”.

To mark the feminist day of struggle, we cordially invite you to develop the performance "Mit barer Münze" together with the Latin American singer and activist Mary Cow - and to premiere it on March 8 as part of the demonstration for International Women's Day.

In the latest edition of 52 Radiominuten, we bring you a conversation with artists Adriana Torres and Fatima El Kosht. Together with Martyna Lorenc, they initiated fem* voice kollektiv (f*vk) — a space for togetherness, where bodies, voices, and imagination are explored and nurtured.
In the interview, they share the story behind f*vk, the importance of collectives, and the role of rituals in their practice. We also discuss what participants can experience in their fem* voice circles, which take place on the first Friday of each month—at least until June this year.

For over 100 years, women* have taken to the streets worldwide on March 8 to fight for their rights and a more just society. The growing international shift to the right fuels intolerance, strengthens authoritarian structures, and endangers democratic values as well as the rights of women*.
We are calling on everyone in Linz: Let’s raise our voices together and stand up for each other—because we are many, and we will not be stopped!
