FIFTITU% initiates, demands and promotes free spaces and sees itself as a driving force in the cultural shaping of participation and equality:

• FIFTITU% is a public forum for artists, cultural workers and cultural managers
• FIFTITU% is a clearly audible mouthpiece that draws public attention to the quality and scope of female* cultural production
• FIFTITU% demands that political decision-makers take cultural and women's*political measures to improve the framework conditions for women* in terms of production, presentation and reception
• FIFTITU% stands up for women* working in the arts and culture, regardless of nationality, denomination and sexual orientation
• FIFTITU% quickly recognizes anti-women* and anti-art tendencies and tries to actively counteract them

Goals

• 52% of the budget must go to artists and cultural workers
• 52% of the projects must be awarded to artists
• 52% of jobs in the organizational area at all levels - from processing to management - must be given to women*
• Gender-relevant content must be guaranteed for program design through appropriate cultural policy guidelines
• Gender must be an important criterion in the selection of artistic and cultural activities
