Self-employed in the arts and culture - but how does insurance actually work? In this practical workshop, you'll get a low-threshold introduction to social insurance for the self-employed (SVS) and find out what you need to be aware of as an artist:
- Which insurances does the SVS cover (health, pension and accident insurance)?
- How does registration work and what are the reporting obligations?
- How are contributions calculated and what happens if income changes?
- What special regulations or benefits can artists take advantage of?
- What helps in the event of payment difficulties
