OPEN CALL - GLITCH & LEAK Overflowing bodies in public space
On 11 September 2026, Domgasse will become a run(a)way.
For Glitch & Leak we are looking for glitchy, leaky, fluid performances, wandering sounds, costumes and membranes that play in public space.
We invite you to become part of a performative intervention in public space.
How would you like to shape public space with your presence? What do you want to carry, say, show or disturb in public space? How can the public space glitch(e) through body, movement and performance?
Based on Legacy Russell's understanding of Glitch Feminism, we understand the glitch not as a flaw in the system, but as a resistant strategy. Errors and disruptions are welcome. They prevent the smooth functioning of a capitalist, heteronormative and racialised order.
Whether individually or as a group - we are looking for contributions that step off the beaten track, that overflow, irritate and shift space.
The event takes place in cooperation with the Kunstuni Campus during the Ars Electronica Festival.

Compensation: 100€ per performance / act
