Excursion to the collecting society Bildrecht

As part of our workshop "Introduction to Image Rights - Protecting Visual Rights" on December 7, we are preparing an introduction to the Austrian collecting society for visual arts, architecture, photography, graphics, illustration, design, choreography and performance for you Here you get an insight into the tasks of Bildrecht and why a free membership pays off. Bildrecht not only represents the copyrights of its members but also takes care of statutory remuneration claims that cannot be claimed by individuals.
In addition to discussing the content and presenting the services on offer, we also give experienced artists the opportunity to talk about how they deal with Bildrecht in practice and in theory. With around 6,000 members, Bildrecht is one of the largest representatives of visual artists in Austria with corresponding cultural-political relevance. You are welcome to bring your own questions on the topic.
