52 radio minutes: For an outpatient clinic for violence in Upper Austria

Mon 26. May 2025, 19h - 20h | 1Std.

About violence

In February of this year, a petition was launched in Upper Austria with a clear demand: the rapid establishment of a violence outpatient clinic. The initiator is lawyer and legal counsellor Didem Wenger, who has been committed to helping victims of violence for many years. She has not only developed a comprehensive concept for such a facility, but has also built up public and political pressure with the petition.

In the current edition of 52 Radio Minutes, we talk to Didem Wenger about the urgency of a violence outpatient clinic, the reactions to the petition so far - and about how things are actually progressing after the recent announcement that the violence outpatient clinic is now actually to come.
