52 minutes on air

Since 2009, FIFTITU% has been broadcasting every fourth Monday of the month on Radio FRO 105.0 MHz. The one-hour programme 52Radiominuten brings feminist perspectives on art, culture and society to the radio.

Editor Jerneja Zavec curates the programme with features on queer-feminist cultural policy, current debates, artistic practices and positions of resistance. The focus is on visibility, self-empowerment and collective action.

Whether interviews, commentaries or curated content – 52Radiominuten combines theory and everyday life, art and activism. Sections such as “aufgequeerlt”, “divensplitter” or “aufgeblättert” set clear priorities and provide guidance within the cultural-political discourse.

Broadcast times on Radio FRO:
📻 Every fourth Monday of the month from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
🔁 Repeated on the following Tuesday from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm

The programme is broadcast not only on Radio FRO, but also on independent radio stations throughout Austria and beyond: Selected segments are broadcast by, among others, Freies Radio Salzkammergut, Freies Radio Freistadt, Radio Agora Kärnten, Radio Orange Wien and Radio Lora Zürich.
